The health and well being of our guests and staff are our priority. We understand that holiday bookings may have to be rescheduled or cancelled due to ongoing COVID – 19 travel restrictions. For your peace of mind, we have flexible cancellation, refund, credit and reschedule policies.
We’ve answered some of the most common questions customers have asked us during this period.
Can I reschedule my motorhome booking?
Yes. If your booking is affected by government travel restrictions, you can reschedule to new travel dates. Your new travel dates will be charged at the current web rate applicable to the new travel dates. If you’re unsure of the new travel dates all monies paid to Cruisin can be placed in a credit shell until you are ready to rebook.
Can I get a full refund if I cancel my booking due to COVID-19 travel restrictions?
Yes. You will be entitled to a full refund on all monies paid to Cruisin Motorhomes
Can I get a refund if I return early because of lockdown restrictions?
You are welcome to return your vehicle earlier if you wish. There is no refund for unused days
You can extend your hire, you must first obtain authorization from Cruisin Motorhomes by calling 1300 664 485 or +61 6248 4789.
If You extend up to 2 additional days you will be charged at the same average daily rental rate used at the time of pick up.
If you extend by 3 days or more, you will be charged at the current rate that is valid at the time of the change plus the daily rate charge application to your chosen Liability Reduction Option.
Rental extension is subject to fleet availability.
Can I change my pick up / drop off to another location due to borders being closed?
Yes. Cruisin will waive the change of location fee if you are required to amend your pick up or drop off location due to a state border being closed.
What are the terms for cancellation?
Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all cancellations for non COVID-19 related travel restrictions
