Reporting to the CFO you will demonstrate a genuine passion for digital advertising and eCommerce!

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital strategy creation and ownership, development of campaigns within multiple channels including paid search and social using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, affiliate marketing etc. including effective use of analytics platforms, bid management, and automation to drive efficiency and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Budget control and planning, ensuring effective and accurate control of campaigns across numerous channels.
  • Manage the website execution including page builds and updates, tag management and tracking to optimise the customer journey and track conversions.
  • Day to day website optimisation and continuous conversion rate improvements.
  • Assist in shaping the marketing activities to improve digital engagement with customers and enhance customer experience; Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data, identifying and developing new opportunities to drive customer engagement and support service line growth targets.
  • Measure and report on the performance and ROI of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan, review and manage content creation for all digital assets including website, social media, and print.
  • Manage vendor partner relationships, including development and management of ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team effectively.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, advertising or other relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience using Ads Manager in Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Tag Management, and HubSpot.
  • Experience managing successful PPC campaigns with positive ROI is preferred but not critical.
  • Solid understanding of SEO techniques, content marketing and link building.

  • Above all you must be able to lead by example and motivate the marketing team to deliver on objectives.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
