Position Overview: We seek a friendly, customer-focused, and motivated individual to join us as a Casual Guest Service Officer. In this role, you will be very important in welcoming guests, explaining rental agreements, processing payments, providing vehicle demonstrations, and conducting vehicle checks. You will be able to interact with guests from various backgrounds as they embark on their dream vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Clearly explain rental agreements and address any inquiries or concerns from guests
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations, showcasing features and functionalities to guests
  • Efficiently process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Perform vehicle checks and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with the reservations team as needed to support seamless operations

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Friendly, sociable, and polite demeanor with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team environment
  • Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly valued
  • Availability to work Two Saturdays a month
  • A valid driver’s license
