An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused and motivated person to join our team in Tasmania at our Cambridge branch as a casual Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys travel, loves people and understands the importance of quality customer service.

Primary duties will include greeting guests, explaining rental agreements and processing payments. You’ll be welcoming people from all walks of life as they embark on a holiday of a lifetime.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Friendly greeting of guests on arrival and departure
  • Explaining the rental agreement
  • Providing vehicle demonstrations
  • Processing payments
  • Vehicle checks & damage reports
  • Assisting the reservations team when required

 Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • A passion for people
  • Stays calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service 
  • Able to work some weekends and on a rotating roster
  • Full driver’s license required
