Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic Motorhome Rental Branch Manager to spearhead operations at our Cambridge branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel and leisure industry, robust leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in operational excellence. As the Branch Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the motorhome rental branch.
  • Ensure fleet maintenance and cleanliness align with our standards.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule routine inspections and repairs.
  • Fulfill administrative duties, including daily/weekly reporting.
  • Flexibility to work some Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.

Customer Service:

  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture to elevate the rental experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Devise strategies to augment customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and oversee branch personnel, encompassing support staff.
  • Nurture a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive coaching for ongoing development.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the branch budget to meet financial objectives.
  • Implement cost-control initiatives to maximize branch profitability.

Compliance:

  • Uphold company policies and procedures with diligence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership prowess and adept interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation acumen.
  • Familiarity with motorhome or RV systems and maintenance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
