Day 1

Afternoon:  Wander through the lush rainforest to the iconic Russell Falls, then continue to Horseshoe Falls and Lady Barron Falls. If you’re feeling energetic, drive up to Lake Dobson for alpine scenery and short walks.

Evening: Relax at your campsite surrounded by towering swamp gums and native wildlife. Prepare dinner in your fully equipped motorhome and enjoy a peaceful first night in Tasmania’s wilderness.

Mount Field National Park to Huon Valley

Afternoon:  Visit the charming towns of Huonville and Cygnet, browse local galleries and produce stores, or stop at one of the region’s many cider houses and farm gates.

Cygnet to Dover via Tahune AirWalk
Distance : 118 Kms Time : 2 Hours

Morning: Head deeper into Tasmania’s southern forests with a stop at Tahune Adventures. Walk high above the forest canopy on the famous Tahune AirWalk, explore the Huon and Picton River swing bridges, and discover one of Tasmania’s most impressive wilderness areas.

Afternoon:  Continue south towards Dover, a peaceful seaside town overlooking the waters of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. Take a relaxing walk along the beach or enjoy the views across to Bruny Island.
