About Cruisin	About Cruisin Cruisin’ Motorhomes is an Australian owned and operated business providing motorhomes and campervans to international and domestic travellers for over 27 years. We have branches in Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns and Perth.

We are currently looking for a friendly, customer-focused and motivated person to join the Cruisin’ Motorhomes team in Sydney, Caringbah NSW, as a casual Guest Service Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys travel, loves people and understands the importance of quality customer service.

Primary duties will include but not limited to – greeting guests, explaining rental agreements, processing payments and vehicle demonstrations. You will be welcoming people from all walks of life as they embark on a holiday of a life time.

What You’ll Do:

Friendly greeting of guests on arrival and departure
Explaining the rental agreement
Providing vehicle demonstrations
Processing payments
Vehicle checks & damage reports
Assisting the reservations team when required

What We’re Looking For:

Sociable and polite
Strong communication skills
Ability to work alone and in a team
A passion for people
Stays calm in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Able to work some weekends and on a rotating roster
Full driver’s license required
