We did a road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide. Our experience was great. From pick up to drop off everything went perfect. Our sandpiper van was given to us in supreme condition and the diesel mileage really impressed us. All the amenities were in good working order and plenty of guideline material was provided to us at the time of pick up. Location is also good as there is a long term car park 700m away on the main road. Highly recommended.

This is the 5th time we have rented a Cruisin Motorhome and we keep coming back because the Motorhomes are generally in very good condition! This latest rental did not disappoint! The staff are helpful and knowledgable and we plan to continue using the service unless or until we buy our own Van.

Great company to deal with in the booking process and lead up to collection. While the team at pick up were very friendly there were a few things missed. We had paid for the extra rear bed already fixed with an extra pillow top mattress to alleviate falling through the pillow cracks. This wasn't in the motorhome and they did have to check our package and then brought out the extra. Luckily I checked before driving away as they said it was in the motorhome. While the motorhome is a nice size we have hired from other companies and this motorhome is missing small features that would not only make it better for the renter but protect the motorhome. No dish cloth, no door mat, no bath mat or face washers. We went and purchased all of these and left the door mat for future renters. Motorhome we hired was the 4 Berth Seeker.

Experience of a lifetime relocating two 6-berth motorhomes from SYD-HOB. The vehicles were in excellent condition and contained all the mod cons you could think of. We completed all the booking details online and promptly received confirmation of the ferry booking. Customer service responded quickly to all our calls. The only negative aspect was being asked to transport two oversized panels (parts) within the vehicle. Not only would this have been hazardous, it would also have severely limited our access within the motorhome. Fortunately, we were eventually allowed to travel without it. Please provide advance notice of such requests in the future.

We had a great time with this Camper.Everything worked out pretty well.the camper has only 60k kilometers on.
Only bad thing is that the prices are pretty high

Cruisin’ are the best company. I have rented a campervan from. The van drives well, is really well equipped and the shower is the biggest I’ve seen in any motorhome.
Pick up and drop off was seamless and Usama was really helpful.

A pleasure to deal with from booking to returning the vehicle
We hired the sandpiper for 2 adults, great vehicle, had everything we needed very comfortable, and surprisingly it was great on fuel we spent 1/2 of what I had budget for.
We stayed in campsites with power and free camped off grid the sandpiper is great in either situation

We rented a 6 persons motorhome and the service was very good. At pickup they took the time to explain everything to us and were very relaxed and friendly! No issues with the motorhome during travelling. The contents of the motorhome are very basic, but sufficient.
The only drawback was the relative inefficiënt use of (or ability to use) the storage room. For 6 adults this would be very tight.

Overall a great experience,
House battery was charged for several days and could not get through the night.Suspect undersized or end of life. Problem reported.
This was an $5,400 rental let down by cheapness with lack of some items that would help.
Kitchen sink plug was missing had to wash dishes in the rubbish bucket until we bought one.
It would help if some cleaning spray was provided.
Only two toilet tablets provided, had to buy our own.
Kitchen tongs would be nice.
GPS maps are out of date, new Hobart constructions not up to date.
An inverter to run 230V laptop or other appliance off 12Volt would be a nice addition.
A couple of wine glasses would be nice, we bought some at an op shop.
Excessive rattles that some dampening would resolve.
