Was a bit sceptical at first but you know the misses kept bugging me sooo I felled for it. We spent 5 nights in it and was literally awesome! Comfortable bed, nice hot showers, clean cooking stuff n appliances, can’t fault anything tbh we were really happy with everything. The worker that help us in the office was 10/10 and the other worker that showed us how to use the appliances in the camper was 10/10 also! We will be coming back soon but with a bigger family 😁 Thank you’s very much !

The car was quite good. The bed was comfortable. Just the cooking equipment lacked completeness. We had to buy a chopping board, a small knife - for which we got reimbursed by Crusin. We also missed a large cooking pot for e.g. pasta. And finally a simple plastic hand coffee filter holder would help a lot. We had to buy both ourselves.

It was my first motorhome experience with the family. And it went well with Cruisin. I had "Deluxe 4 Berth" for 5 days. It was assigned to me with mileage clocked at approximately 28000 km.
My trip was during a low traveling season - mid March. There was no waiting line when I arrived for vehicle pick-up on Friday 0830am-ish. As a motorhome first-timer, the "3D walk-through" and "motorhome user guide" videos published on Crusin's website, did help me a lot to quickly pick-up on understanding the briefing given by the Cruisin crew.
My family's familiarity with the camping lifestyle in our home country, did help a lot on the "dos and donts" and etiquette of use as well. Motorhome is a luxury villa as compared to the roof-top-tent that we are used to.
Manoeuvring a 7m-8m long vehicle was something new to me. It required a reset in my "estimation" for and "sense of distance", for making a turn. It did help, that I already planned for my first stop for break and grocery to be in the Pinjarra area - out of the city. Parking spaces were more forgiving. I could look for spots where 2 parking lots were available back-to-back, and no other vehicle was around my sides! Otherwise, I could imagine a more challenging familiarisation experience in manoeuvring the "mini-bus". If you are a first-timer like me, plan your itinerary well to allow you a comfortable first-time parking experience.
As a typical Asian, I am not used to having footwear worn in the "living space". Same went to the cabin of the motorhome, which I considered as our living space. I am glad that the cleanliness condition of the assigned motorhome was satisfying to my family's expectation. Generally dirt-free. Bed linens were fresh and clean. All we needed was simply to clean the cabin-floor with wet wipes and we had a "footwear free living space"!
The surging fuel price was not something I expected when I planned for the motorhome holiday. However, this motorhome, built on Fiat Ducato, had a reasonable fuel efficiency. I clocked my entire trip at an average of 8.4km for every litre of diesel.
During my trip, I unfortunately introduced a minor damage to the side door - some scratches. I booked this motorhome journey with "maximum cover". It was taken-care of, I wasn't charged for any excess.
The pleasant first-timer experience would definitely encourage me to put Cruisin' Mothorhome as the first choice of motorhome rental agency in my future trips.

Excellent service and greeting at the depot upon pick up, explained everything on the booking and then went through the van on how things works. Very helpful on any questions asked. The van was in excellent condition and ran extremely well for the 5 day trip with no faults or hiccups.
The drop off experience was also easy and met in a professional manner.
Would 100% recommend cruisin homes for rental needs.

The camper/van we hired for our trip around Tasmania was a good size for 2 people, very clean with nice quality bedding plus 2 x pillows. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Extra storage under the bed accessed by the back doors was great to store our suitcases. The side awning winder, broom and fold up table and camp chairs were also stored there. All windows had privacy screens and insect screens, the air vents in the bathroom and van also had the insect screens. The seats are on a swivel so you can turn them to watch TV etc and the press stud privacy curtain is located above the seats. Pretty much everything you need is supplied.
Towels x 2 and tea towels x 2, washing up detergent, broom, dustpan and brush were supplied but bring your own dishcloth. Fair amount of storage for food and clothing in the above kitchen and bed cupboards. Air conditioner was great! A small fridge with a freezer kept everything nice and cold. Toaster, electric kettle (and also one for using on the gas hotplate) cutlery, crockery (for 2 people) and cooking utensils were supplied but an extra saucepan would have been appreciated. There is also a small microwave supplied. Gas hotplates were good if you didn't have electricity to connect to. TV was good however some places you could not get local reception so having Netflix and other apps preloaded on the TV was helpful.
To be honest, the shower/toilet was a little cramped (we didn't actually use the shower because we stayed at caravan parks) but the toilet was great especially in remote areas. The toilette cassette is very easy to empty. On one occasion our water drainage hose and water hose were too short for the camping bay that we were allocated so we had to negotiate a different site. On the second last day of our 2 week trip the "check engine" light came up on the dash so we pulled over immediately and contacted the company. The help line was very good and they gave us clear instructions on what we needed to do including organizing a mechanic in the closest town to run a diagnostic scan on the vehicle. It only held us up about 1.5 hours but was a relief to have the helpline available and quick solutions organized for us.
To anyone wanting a fuss free camping holiday in Tasmania, I would definitely recommend this company.

I rented with Cruisin twice - one as a relocation, second one as a normal rental.
Both of them in quality of service and car itself were great - especially in comparison to other rental companies (especially big corporations). Ben from Sydney location provided us 10/10 pickup service both times. Dropoff at Melbourne and Hobart were also smooth and with no issues.
What I can only recommend - it will be great if with relocation you can extend your rental (of course paid with usual course), as we missed having additional 2 days on Tasmania.
Nevertheless, thank you a lot for a great experience!
