Yes. We ask that all vehicles are returned neat and tidy. To avoid cleaning fees, please ensure the following before drop-off:
- Remove rubbish, wash dishes, and strip bedding.
- Empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank at an approved dump point
- Refill the fuel tank.
Yes, you will need to stop by an appropriate dump point to empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank before drop-off.
To make life easy, we recommend spending your last night at a campground with these facilities available.

No. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for early returns, as your booking is reserved for the full hire period.
No. All vehicles must be returned during branch opening hours. Unless you have made prior arrangements with our Reservations Team.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot return the vehicle before closing time, please contact our Reservations Team as soon as possible to discuss the best options.
When your holiday comes to an end, make your way back to the agreed branch to return the keys. Our friendly staff will take it from there.

Return times vary depending on the day of the week and the branch location:
- Sunday to Friday: All vehicles must be returned by 3:30 pm at Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, and Perth branches.
- Saturdays:
- Hobart branch: return by 3:30 pm.
- All other branches: return by 12:00 noon.
