You can call our reservations team to change dates, move your pick-up/drop-off location, add extras (such as GPS or tables and chairs), upgrade your vehicle, and upgrade your liability plan. Please note: All changes are subject to availability and charges may apply.
For any changes, please contact our friendly reservations team on 1300 664 485 (+61 3 6248 4789 for international lines) and they’ll happily help.
If you booked your holiday through a travel agent, you will need to contact them to make any changes to your booking.
If you think you will be late returning your motorhome, please call our Reservations Team as soon as possible. This helps us make arrangements for the next booking.
Please note: A late fee may apply if the vehicle is not returned on time
Yes. If your motorhome is returned late without an approved extension, a late fee of AU$150 per day will apply. This is charged in addition to:
- the daily rental rate, and
- your selected Liability Reduction Option,
until the vehicle is returned.

Absolutely! If you would like to extend your rental, please ask our reservations team at 1300 664 485.
Please note: Changes are subject to vehicle availability, and failure to obtain permission (and payment) to extend will result in the late fee charges outlined above.
You can update the main driver on your booking by contacting our reservations team.
You can! Bookings of 3 or more vehicles are considered a group booking and are subject to different terms and conditions. Please contact our reservations team for more information.

Yes, you can request to downgrade your motorhome, but please note the following:
- Within 14 days of pick-up or during your rental: you may downgrade, but you will not be entitled to a refund of the price difference.
- More than 14 days before pick-up: you may downgrade, but the new booking will be charged at the current website rental rate for the smaller vehicle.
When you arrive for pick-up, you can still make some last-minute changes, such as:
- Hiring additional add-ons (like GPS or tables and chairs),
- Upgrading your liability,
- Changing your drop-off hour,
- Extending your booking,
- Changing your drop-off location,
- Or upgrading your motorhome.
Please note: Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may include additional costs.
Whilst we recommend making changes in advance, sometimes plans change, and we will try our best to accommodate your adventures!
You can call our reservations at 1300 664 485 to change your drop-off time and location or extend your booking (subject to vehicle availability).
We will do our best to contact you if we find anything valuable left behind in your vehicle, but we cannot guarantee how long we will keep unclaimed lost property.
