Pick-Up Information
Only the primary driver and the cardholder for payments need to be present at pick-up.
The extra drivers need to complete the express link before pick-up.
To make the pick-up process quicker before you reach the branch, please head to our website and fill out the express check-in form.
It’s a good idea to watch the user guide for your vehicle on our YouTube channel as well.

Unless it’s peak period or a busy day, the pick-up process shouldn’t take long at all. You can make things smoother by doing the express check-in, watching the vehicle tutorial, and having your card ready to go for any outstanding payments!
You can also choose to settle the balance before arrival — during express check-in, you can authorise us to take the payment ahead of time.
We recommend bringing soft duffel bags that can be folded away in your motorhome, but we do have storage at our branch if you would like to leave your suitcase with us. You will need to return the vehicle to the same branch and during the opening hours.
We won’t provide these details until the day of pick-up, but we will provide all the important information about your vehicle during the pick-up.

We don’t provide transfers. However, all of our branches are close to the airport, so the best way to get to us is with an Uber or taxi.
Yes! Cruisin’ offers an express check-in service on our website to make your pick-up smoother and faster.
It depends. If you haven’t already paid the full balance of your trip, you will do that when you get to the branch, as well as put down a bond deposit (unless you selected the Liability Reduction or Max Cover package).
If you want to hire add-ons (like tables and chairs or a GPS), or make any other last-minute changes to your booking, you will pay for those at the same time.

If your flight is delayed, please call our reservations team so that we can be sure your motorhome is ready to go when you reach us.
Cruisin’ does not take any responsibility for delayed flights, and we will not offer refunds for days lost due to travel. It is the sole responsibility of the flight company to compensate you.
No. All motorhome pick-ups must be completed during our regular branch opening hours.
We recommend arriving at the branch at least one hour before closing time to allow enough time for the vehicle handover and paperwork.
If you are delayed by a flight or other unforeseen circumstance and cannot arrive during opening hours, please contact our Reservations Team as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
