You are responsible for filling the correct fuel at a reputable service station.
You can refill gas bottles at most major service stations. Some holiday parks and hardware stores (like Bunnings and Anaconda) also offer refills or swap-and-go services.
One bottle should last up to 2 weeks, but a lot of cooking could cut this short by a few days. You don’t need to replace it when you return the vehicle.
Our 4 and 6 berth motorhomes are supplied with 2x 3.7kg bottles. All 2 Berth Motorhomes are supplied with a 3.7kg bottle.
It depends on how often you use the onboard facilities, but in general you should aim to dump your waste every 2 days.

You will get about 10 minutes of hot water, so it’s important to be quick. We recommend our customers to have quick 1-2 minutes showers (turn the water off when using soap etc).
If you would like to make your freshwater last longer, we recommend using the public campground facilities.
Our toilet cassettes are easy to empty, and we will provide you with everything you need to do it.
For a full tutorial on how to empty your toilet cassette, head to our YouTube channel. There are also printed user guides in your vehicle.
Depending on how often you’re using the water, you should refill your freshwater tank every 1-2 days.
Your motorhome has two batteries – one that runs the engine (12V) and another that operates the living equipment such as the fridge and lights.
Our 4 & 6 Berth motorhomes have two house batteries and one ignition battery. They also have a solar panel and can charge the batteries while driving.
Please note: We recommend staying at a powered campsite to recharge the battery at least every second night.
All appliances except the air conditioning or heating system (in the motorhome’s living area), microwave and power outlets will still work when plugged into 240v.
The driver’s cabin will be air-conditioned as normal when driving. However, you will need to be plugged into a powered campsite with 240V mains to use the air-conditioning in the motorhome’s living area.
Reception is limited outside of cities. Remote areas often have no reception at all. many of our TV’s are smart TV’s with wifi access, streaming services such as Netflix can be used.
For more information about using the TV in your motorhome, you can read the printed user guide in the vehicle.
Some of our Cruisin’ motorhomes are equipped with a 3-way fridge, which can run on 12v, 240v, or gas. Keep in mind that the 12v setting is designed to maintain the current temperature, not to cool food or drinks from warm.
Other vehicles feature a 2-way fridge, which can operate on 12v or 240v.
