We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable individual to join our team as a Motorhome fix-it specialist at our Caringbah branch in Sydney.

About the Role:

As a Motorhome Fix It Specialist, your primary focus will be on maintaining the living area and ensuring the exterior appearance of our motorhomes remains pristine. This role does not involve mechanical repairs but concentrates on preventative maintenance, refurbishment, buffing, polishing, cabinetry repairs, basic 12-volt electrical work, plumbing, and conducting pre-hire vehicle safety inspections. Your role will also include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workshop and helping with other necessary duties.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a detail-oriented team member with exceptional problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to resolving issues. While a trade background or experience in the Caravan/Motorhome industry is preferred, it is not essential. What is essential is a full driver’s license, proficiency with workshop tools and equipment, the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment, reliability, punctuality, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude.
