I rented from Cruisin for my family's first campervan experience. The vehicle was splendid and everything was as advertised.

There was an issue during the vehicle collection, but the team worked amazingly fast to fix the problem well.

I was also very thankful to the team for accomodating my request for early collection of the vehicle.

My children loved and experience, and we'll be renting again from Cruisin.

Ben gave us a superservice, We had a Wonderful time on our ” driveabout” in our rented Sandpiper Motorhome. Perfekt size for 2 persons!

Helpful customer service on the phone when we were booking from the UK and had lots of questions.
Staff at the pickup/drop off were very helpful and efficient.
Pickup was straightforward, booster seat was swapped as soon as we found a problem with it.
Drop off was quick and easy, and they were very accommodating when we were 40 minutes late.
The only downside was the seat cushions were not very clean, dusty and had hair on them.
Bed linen was very good quality. The duvets kept us very warm.
It was well equipped, easy to drive even in hilly terrain.
A safety net meant our 6yr old daughter was safe sleeping in the bed above the cabin.
The separate shower and toilet were a good idea, preventing the toilet getting wet after showering.
We’d be very happy to hire from them again.

We did Sydney to Cairns and had a great time

Lovely ride from Melbourne to Sydney on the coastal roads. Easy to drive and comfortable stay. Most of the needs on the road have been provided with the rental. Awesome overall!

My wife and I had an amazing experience renting a van and touring NSW. The value seemed appropriate and the rental process was smooth. We had great customer service from Ben! Ben helped acquaint us with our camper and provided tons of useful information to get us on the road.

We hired the six berth motor home for nearly two weeks. My wife and 15 year old son absolutely loved the whole experience! We did over 4000 k's, making our way from Brisbane down the east coast to Melbourne and back up through Canberra. We had some very cold nights and some hot ones too, the split cycle a/c kept us very comfortable at all times. The Fiat was great to drive and didn't miss a beat. can't recommend this type of holiday highly enough. Every day is an adventure. Can't wait to do it again!!

We have just had a fantastic 8 days in the Sandpiper 2 berth campervan. It was very clean and easy to drive. Bed was very comfortable and we would love to come back and do another trip.

We had a great time in our Crusin’ 6 Berth motorhome. Check in process was easy and streamlined which got us on the road quicker and the staff were very helpful. The vehicle was very easy to drive and comfortable for 6 people for 5 days.

We spent 7 nights in the 4 berther and had the most amazing trip. Excellent service at pick up and drop off. The vehicle itself was comfortable and easy to drive. For a longer trip I’d opt for something larger so we could have a bit more space for 4 adults. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fabulous experience in our Cruisin Motor home. We spent 27 nights in a 2 berth camper van. It had everything we needed and was the perfect home to explore Australia in. No problems at all and the staff we have experienced have been super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Awesome service from the staff, all the way from collection of vehicle to the return of the vehicle. Camper-van was well maintained and everything works fine. Rented a 4-berth motorhome and my kids and myself had great fun throughout the trip.

Rented a 6 Berth Discovery Deluxe Motorhome for 5 days, from 10 Oct 2022 to 14 Oct 2022 with Cruisin and the experience is good. Booking online is simple. The check-in is fast (less than 20mins), customer service are friendly and the vehicle comes with clean linen and bedsheets. The instruction manual is very useful. Equipped with full utensils for you to show off your cooking skills :)

No problem with my ride during the 5 days, travelling from Cruisin to Lake Tyrrell, The Grampians, Port Fairy, Apollo Bay, The Great Ocean Road and Geelong.

Amazing experience with Cruisin motorhomes.
The motorhome was in great condition. I had an after hours pick up. The process was simple and clear. I had to contact their customer service a couple times to schedule payment and organise after hours. Everytime the call was picked straight away.
On the day I had forgotten to ask for booster seat for my 3 yr boy. Luckily Ali was available on site and he organised it right away.

All items were in great working condition. The return of the vehicle was also very swift

My family had the most amazing experience. The service provided from the staff at Melbourne was excellent. The were friendly and efficient upon pickup and drop off.

The motor home itself was clean with so much provided inside to make our travelling easy with the 3 teenage kids. The kids surprisingly loved it!

Will definitely be using Cruisin Motorhomes again in the future.

We had a great experience, the team was very helpful an experienced when we picked up the vehicle. Everything was explained to us well, and we had no issues on our first family motorhome trip with our 12 week old son. We were able to easily attach the car seat too, and thought the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. Would recommend this company if you’re planning a motorhome holiday experience!

We called this wonderful Cruisin Campervan home for 4 weeks. It was an amazing 4 weeks trip cross four States in this comfy vehicle. We want to do a trip like this with Cruisin again!! We had a great time traveling around Tasmania for nearly three weeks in this camper. Great staff to help us to get started and once we dropped it off. A headlight that stopped working on route was quickly sorted over the phone for us to be repaired in the nearest garage. The camper was great to stay in, the larger size gave us plenty of room. We enjoyed driving the vehicle as well.
We recommend this service, everything went well. 👌

I can’t praise these guys as a team enough. The motorhome was equipped well and the roadside support was exemplary! I had technical issues up in Winton on a Sunday afternoon and these guys sorted us out within an hour. Thanks again, we look forward to our next cruisin’ adventure with you guys.

Excellent experience with the 4 berth Toyota Hiace. Bed was comfy and no issues with power and water. Van sways slightly in the wind & when overtaking trucks on motorway which takes a bit of getting used to but other than that very smooth drive. Will definitely be using Cruisin for my next roadtrip!!
